How to Make a Tooltip 2020

For those of you who are confused about what a tooltip is, this tooltip is a kind of hover pop up that can appear up, to the side, or down, depending on who is coding the script,
this tooltip cannot be used for images, it can only be used for text, unless you code it yourself,

This script is made by James Smith, one of the tutsplus users, I'm only here to share with you, to be applied to Blogger or Website, depending on what platform you are using,

maybe my explanation is useless, so just go to the tutorial,
first of course you guys Login to your Blogger,
select Templates / Themes> Edit HTML
and enter the CSS below before the </style> code, usually there are a lot of </style> codes, you just choose what you like, where there are lots of other CSS codes

/* START TOOLTIP STYLES */
[tooltip] {
  position: relative; /* opinion 1 */
}

/* Applies to all tooltips */
[tooltip]::before,
[tooltip]::after {
  text-transform: none; /* opinion 2 */
  font-size: .9em; /* opinion 3 */
  line-height: 1;
  user-select: none;
  pointer-events: none;
  position: absolute;
  display: none;
  opacity: 0;
}
[tooltip]::before {
  content: '';
  border: 5px solid transparent; /* opinion 4 */
  z-index: 1001; /* absurdity 1 */
}
[tooltip]::after {
  content: attr(tooltip); /* magic! */

  /* most of the rest of this is opinion */
  font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;
